How to apply:
- Complete the application form (STUDENTS OR NON-STUDENTS) for the relevant trip
- Submit an essay (Students only): “What are the top three development challenges in the area I will be visiting, and how would I solve them?”
- Submit a US$500 application deposit payable to Gala Travels Ltd. This is a non-refundable administration fee.
AFTER SELECTION IS CONFIRMED:
- Complete, sign and mail in the waivers, consent and other forms.
- Obtain medical clearance to participate in the trek/programme.
- Respond promptly to any follow-up questions or phone calls to clarify/obtain details.
- Make all other arrangements, including payments, on a timely basis. Please note the higher fees you will incur for late registration, if space permits.
